We stand behind the quality of our book selections. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, books must be in their original condition with no significant damage, markings, or wear beyond normal browsing. Books must be returned with all original packaging and materials.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different book, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Subscription Services

Our book curation subscription service can be canceled at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
